The seller is RENDUN LIMITED, operating EverydayWiz. Contact support@rendun.co. Payment is a refundable reservation deposit for a planned kit, not a completed purchase of ready-to-ship hardware.
Can I use the apps today?
Not yet. EverydayWiz apps and bundled services are in development. A reservation does not unlock a working app or dispatch hardware.
What does my deposit buy?
Your selected kit has a $9, $19, $29 or $49 deposit, shown before checkout. It buys a refundable reservation for your selected hardware-and-software kit. It is credited in full if you accept a final purchase proposal. It is not the full kit price or a subscription.
Which device will I receive?
The supplier and final model have not been selected. We will confirm the brand, model, supported phone, functions, total cost and delivery date before you decide whether to proceed. No substitution without your agreement.
When will I receive a proposal?
Within 14 calendar days of payment we will provide a confirmed proposal or your deposit becomes due for a full refund. This is a proposal deadline, not a shipping promise. A shipping date will be part of the proposal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Before accepting a separate final purchase proposal, request a full deposit refund from your private reservation page or email support@rendun.co. We initiate refunds within 5 business days; your provider may take longer to post the funds.
Will you charge me again automatically?
No. Any balance or later software plan requires your separate approval. Where a 90-day allowance is included, it begins only when your kit software is activated.
Are you an authorised reseller?
EverydayWiz is an independent project operated by RENDUN LIMITED. No manufacturer partnership or authorised-reseller status is currently claimed.
Final purchase and pricing
Kit targets range from $59 to $799; see each kit page for its exact target and deposit. Target prices are estimates and exclude shipping, taxes and prescription lenses. We have not selected a supplier or confirmed stock. Your proposal will state the actual model, specifications, app capabilities, supported phone/languages, complete price, warranty, delivery date and applicable return terms. You may decline and request your full deposit back. No remaining balance is charged without a new agreement and payment.
14-day proposal deadline
If we cannot provide a confirmed proposal within 14 calendar days after payment, your deposit is due for a full refund without an obligation to extend. We initiate refunds within 5 business days after cancellation or the missed deadline. We do not retain a cancellation fee. The payment provider may take additional time to return the funds. A cancellation acknowledgement is not proof that funds have already been refunded.
Development and availability
All four EverydayWiz apps are in development, with no immediate download or access. No completed hardware integration is claimed. The 90-day allowance begins after activation, not reservation. Unsupported functions will not be silently substituted: you must approve any changed proposal. We do not guarantee third-party app-store approval or performance before device testing.
Recordings and use
Only record where permitted and with necessary consent. Review AI-generated reports, transcripts and edits before relying on or sharing them. This service does not provide certified inspections, certified translations or safety-critical advice. These reservation terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
