What we collect

Reservations collect email, country, phone model, optional requirements, payment references, terms version and referral source. We do not collect card details; PayPal processes payments. Do not submit private recordings or documents at this reservation stage.

How we use it

To confirm payments, prepare a proposal, manage cancellations and respond to support. We share payment information with PayPal and use our hosting and mail systems. No supplier receives your address or order until you accept a final purchase proposal. No marketing subscription is created.

Retention

Unpaid reservations with no payment attempt are retained for up to 90 days. Payment attempts requiring reconciliation are retained until resolved. Paid reservation and accounting records are retained for up to six years where needed for accounting or disputes. Feedback is retained for up to one year. You can request correction or deletion, subject to necessary accounting retention.

Site analytics

We record limited first-party page and checkout events with a random per-tab identifier for up to 90 days. Referral source is limited to the source hostname or campaign source; we do not save full referring-page URLs. Server logs may include IP and browser information. Session storage remembers your private reservation link and source during the visit. There are no advertising trackers. PayPal may set its own cookies when you choose to load checkout.

Private links

Your reservation link grants access to its status and cancellation request. Keep it private. It is not a public account page.
